You agree to use LeadScraper only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding data protection, privacy, and electronic communications in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use the data obtained through our service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Resell scraped data without adding value
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the service in violation of any applicable data protection laws

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

6. Data Accuracy

LeadScraper extracts publicly available information and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Business information may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadScraper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or the data obtained through it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
